Abstract:
The present invention relates to an industrial robot-based automatic transfer and cutting system, and a transfer and cutting method therefor. The automatic transfer and cutting system consists of a transfer assembly and a cutting assembly. A first power module in the transfer assembly drives a transfer mechanism to move and further enables a double-sided adhesive tape clamped in the transfer mechanism to move, thereby realizing the automatic transfer of the double-sided adhesive tape. When the double-sided adhesive tape moves in the transfer mechanism, the symmetric arrangement of pressing members in the transfer mechanism prevents the double-sided adhesive tape from slipping during movement, thereby ensuring the transfer precision. The arrangement of an adjustment member in the transfer mechanism can adjust an upper synchronous transfer member according to the thickness of the double-sided adhesive tape, thereby achieving the processing of the double-sided adhesive tape of different thickness. A second power module in the cutting assembly drives the cutting mechanism to move along a guiding member, such that the double-sided adhesive tape is cut automatically and a cutting operation is achieved by means of reciprocation of the cutting mechanism, thereby further enhancing the production efficiency and saving the processing time.
