Abstract:
An automatic clamping robot special for a cutting machine and a clamping method thereof. The clamping robot consists of a clamping part, an adjustment part, and a fixing part; the clamping part comprises a clamping plate and a roller chain fixedly connected to the clamping plate; an object to be clamped is put into the clamping part, and the adjustment part performs automatic adjustment according to different shapes of different objects, such that the clamping part can be fitted to said object; and then the fixing part locks, such that the clamping is firmer. The clamping robot can adapt to objects made of different materials and in different shapes, and the clamping preparation work performed before cutting is simpler and more convenient, such that the efficiency of the cutting preparation work is improved.
