Abstract:
The present invention provides an impact-absorbing member, the shape of which can be designed relatively freely, which is lightweight, and which has high impact safety. Provided is an impact-absorbing member in which thermoplastic resin layers containing inorganic fibers that are aligned in a surface direction are laminated, said impact-absorbing member being characterized by having a tip end part and a collapsing part, wherein the lamination direction of at least part of the tip end part is not less than 60° greater than the average lamination direction of the collapsing part.
