A hydraulic brake cylinder with a clearance adjustment function. The hydraulic brake cylinder comprises: an oil cylinder body (1), and a piston (2), a transmission shaft (4) and a clearance adjustment ring (5), which are arranged in the oil cylinder body, wherein the end of the oil cylinder body in an axial direction is provided with an opening (19), and a stop sleeve (3) is mounted at the opening; one end of the transmission shaft is connected to the piston, and the end of the transmission shaft away from the piston extends out of the oil cylinder body through the stop sleeve; and the clearance adjustment ring is arranged on the transmission shaft, and can axially move in a second oil cavity (1102) along with the transmission shaft, and can be blocked and limited by the stop sleeve to generate axial deformation. The device can achieve the functions of braking, braking release and clearance adjustment by changing the oil pressures and the magnitudes thereof on two sides of the piston, and the device has a simple structure, and improves the braking sensitivity and driving safety. The present application further relates to a hydraulic brake caliper device.
