Abstract:
To provide a high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet that is highly effective in suppressing wrinkle generation and cracking during bending. The high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet has a component composition containing, in terms of mass%, 0.02-0.23% of C, 0.10-3.00% of Si, 0.5-3.5% of Mn, 0.100% or less of P, 0.02% or less of S, and 1.5% or less of Al, with the remainder made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The total area ratio of martensite and bainite is 80-100%, the maximum azimuth density of crystal grains in the region 5-10 μm from the surface in the sheet thickness direction is less than 2.5, and the maximum azimuth density of crystal grains in the region 50-100 μm from the surface in the sheet thickness direction is 2.5 or more.
