Abstract:
A fermentation/drying control method in a fermentation/drying device having fermentation/drying equipment that includes a sealed fermenter for performing a fermentation/drying treatment or composting treatment on a fermentation starting material and an equipment control unit that controls the fermentation/drying treatment or composting treatment in the fermentation/drying equipment, the fermentation/drying control method involving adjusting the flow rate of an air supply to the fermenter on the basis of the change in the temperature of exhaust gas from the fermenter and the change in the amount of fermentation heat calculated from the heat balance of the fermenter.
