Abstract:
A high-speed intelligent cutting machining center, comprising a cutting machine (1), a knife die library (2), and a knife die plate transfer table (3). The cutting machine comprises a machine base, and a work table (4) and a cross beam (5) provided on the machine base; a rotary cutting head (8) is provided on the cross beam; the bottom of the rotary cutting head is provided with a cutting knife die plate (A) and a knife die plate clamping limiting device (9); the knife die plate transfer table is located on the left side of the work table; one end of the knife die plate transfer table is connected to the knife die library, and the other end of the knife die plate transfer table is connected to the work table; the knife die library comprises a frame (21), and a knife die plate storage rack (22) provided in the frame and a lifting device (23) therefor; a plurality of knife die plates are layered on top of each other in the knife die plate storage rack; guide posts (25) are respectively provided at four corners of the frame; guide sleeves (26) slidably matched with the guide posts are provided on the knife die plate storage rack; the lifting device drives the knife die plate storage rack to move up and down along the guide posts. The present invention also relates to a method for replacing knife die plates on the machining center. The cutting machining center can quickly replace knife die plates, and has good position repeatability and high positioning accuracy.
