Abstract:
A cutter template (A) clamping and limiting apparatus. The apparatus is mounted a cutter template fixing plate (3) of a cutting machine, and comprises a clamping assembly (1) and a limiting assembly; the clamping assembly comprises a left pressing template (4), a right pressing template (5), and pressing cylinders (6); the left pressing template and the right pressing template are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the lower surface of the cutter template fixing plate; the pressing cylinders are arranged in the cutter template fixing plate, and respectively drive the left pressing template and the right pressing template to press a cutter template on the lower surface of the cutter template fixing plate; the limiting assembly comprises a front limiting component and a rear limiting component that are arranged at the front and rear side surfaces of the cutter template; at least one of the front limiting component and the rear limiting component is a movable limiting component (7), and the other one of the front limiting component and the rear limiting component is a fixed limiting component or a movable limiting component; and along with the linkage of the left pressing template or the right pressing template, the movable limiting component limits the front and rear side surfaces of the cutter template. Further involved is a cutting processing center using the apparatus. The apparatus and the processing center can improve the position repeatability and positioning accuracy for replacing the cutter template.
