Abstract:
A graphene-modified chloroprene rubber, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of chloroprene rubber, 2-7 parts of sulfur, 1-5 parts of an assistant crosslinker, i.e. TAIC, 2-30 parts of zinc oxide, 1-5 parts of stearic acid, 1-2 parts of calcium stearate, 30-40 parts of carbon black, 10-17 parts of lignin-modified NBR, 16-20 parts of a maleic anhydride grafted graphene solution, 1-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, and 1-5 parts of a dispersant. The vulcanized rubber of the rubber has the characteristics of a high tensile strength, good heat resistance, strong conductivity and fatigue resistance. A high-performance rubber V belt prepared from the graphene-modified chloroprene rubber has the characteristics of a high tensile strength, heat resistance, antistatic property, etc., and has a relatively long fatigue life.
