Abstract:
A gas valve and a hob, the gas valve comprising: a housing (10), a valve core (20), a valve stem (30), and a positioning block (40). The valve core (20) is rotatably arranged in the housing (10) to adjust the degree of opening. The valve stem (30) is rotatably connected to the housing (10) in the circumferential direction and is movably connected to the housing (10) in the axial direction, and the valve stem (30) is adapted to trigger a gas valve body (70). The positioning block (40) has a locking position and an unlocking position in the axial direction; at the locking position, the positioning block (40) is locked, and at the unlocking position, the positioning block can rotate and is adapted to drive the valve core (20); the positioning block (40) and the valve stem (30) can move relatively in the axial direction, and are fixed relatively in the circumferential direction; the positioning block (40) is adapted to be driven by the valve stem (30). According to the gas valve, the driving structure of the gas valve body is separated from the driving structure of the valve core, thereby avoiding flameout after the valve stem is loosened.
