Abstract:
A gas valve (100) and a cooktop, the gas valve (100) comprising: an outer casing (10), a mounting hole (101) being provided on the outer casing (10), and a limiting structure (15) being provided around the outer end of the mounting hole (101); a valve core (20), which is rotatably provided in the outer casing (10) so as to adjust an opening degree; a valve stem (30), which is connected to the outer casing (10) in such a manner of being rotatable in the circumferential direction and movable in the axial direction, a handle portion of the valve stem (30) extending out of the outer casing (10) from the outer end of the mounting hole (101) and being provided with a positioning member (37), and the positioning member (37) being adapted to be limited by the limiting structure (15) so as to limit the rotation angle of the valve stem (30); and a positioning block (40), wherein the positioning block (40) is provided in the outer casing (10), the positioning block (40) has a locked position and an unlocked position in the axial direction, the positioning block (40) is locked in the locked position, can rotate in the unlocked position, and is adapted to drive the valve core (20), and the positioning block (40) is fixed at a relative position in the circumferential direction with respect to the valve stem (30) and is adapted to be driven by the valve stem (30).
