Abstract:
A gas pressure regulator 51 characterized by being provided with an inlet-side gas flow channel 210, an outlet-side gas flow channel communicated with the inlet-side gas flow channel 210 via a connecting part 220, an opening/closing member 240 for opening and closing the connecting part 220, an elastic member 250 for urging the opening/closing member 240 so as to close the connecting part 220 when the pressure inside the outlet-side gas flow channel 230 is equal to or greater than a pre-set pressure, and a resistance tube 512 connected to an upstream side of the inlet-side gas flow channel 210.
