Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of composite pipelines, and provides a forming equipment for a reinforced and toughed composite pipeline. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art of weak strength of a composite pipeline. The forming equipment for a reinforced and toughened composite pipeline comprises a forming mold, an outer pipeline support, a horizontally provided outer pipeline, and a winding machine capable of wrapping reinforcing fibers on the outer peripheral wall of the outer pipeline. The tail end of the outer pipeline extends into the forming mold, and the reinforcing fibers on the outer wall of the outer pipeline can be compounded with a molten material injected into the forming mold to form a composite pipeline which extends out of an outlet of the forming mold. The head end of the outer pipeline is connected to the outer pipeline support. The bottom of the outer pipeline support is connected to embedded parts each having a hook part located below the outer pipeline support. The composite pipeline produced by the forming equipment has the advantages of high strength and good toughness.
