Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of buoyancy materials, and in particular to an assembled buoyancy block and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method for the assembled buoyancy block comprises: A) heating and uniformly mixing epoxy resin, a curing agent, a catalyst, a toughening modifier, a coupling agent and a dispersing agent under a vacuum condition, so as to obtain a mixture; B) introducing the mixture into a prefabricated mold to obtain a prepreg; and C) attaching the prepreg to a special-shaped device, performing vacuumizing and molding under a vacuum condition, and performing heating and curing, so as to obtain an assembled buoyancy block which is integrated with the device. In the present invention, an assembled buoyancy block is manufactured by using a prepreg method, such that the problems of poor cohesiveness, low yield, high construction difficulty, etc., of the buoyancy block on a special-shaped device can be effectively solved, the effect of tightly coating the special-shaped device and being integrally cured together is realized, the cohesiveness is good, the water absorption rate is low, and the yield is high; moreover, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the assembled buoyancy block can be used in a special-shaped device of a special structure, for example, an underwater detection device or a bathyscaph.
