Abstract:
A follower bearing provided with an inner member, an outer race, and a plurality of rolling elements. A follower bearing according to the present disclosure is furthermore provided with a cover that covers at least part of the outer peripheral surface of the outer race and at least part of the front surface of the outer race and that has an open region where part of the outer race is exposed, and a seal that is disposed to as to come into contact with a track surface of a counterpart member and seal the open region. The cover includes a first member that covers at least part of the outer peripheral surface of the outer race and that is fixed to the inner member, and a second member that covers at least part of the front surface of the outer race and that is removably fixed to the first member. The seal is removably fixed to the first member.
