Abstract:
A flue gas waste heat utilization system, which can simultaneously cause two different waste heat flue gases to heat superheated steam of two different parameters, respectively, to meet diversified production requirements. The flue gas waste heat utilization system comprises a flue gas passage (1) and a steam drum (8), where high-temperature flue gas enters the flue gas passage (1) through flue gas inlets (2) and is discharged from a flue gas outlet (7) after washing out a superheater (3), an evaporator (5) and a coal economizer (6); the water outlet of the coal economizer (6) is connected to the steam drum (8) by means of a pipe, and the steam drum (8) is connected to the evaporator (5) by means of a descending pipe (81) and an ascending pipe (82) to form a circulation loop and the steam drum (8) is connected to the superheater (3) by means of an upper steam pipe (83). The flue gas waste heat utilization system further comprises a flue gas mixing chamber (4), of which the output end is connected to the evaporator (5). The flue gas passage (1) located at the input end of the flue gas mixing chamber (4) is divided into a first flue gas passage (11) and a second flue gas passage (12); the first flue gas passage (11) and the second flue gas passage (12) are provided with a first superheater (31) and a second superheater (32) respectively, and the steam drum (8) is respectively connected to the first superheater (31) and the second superheater (32) by means of the upper steam pipe (83).
