Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flash spinning/electrostatic spinning-based composite superfine nanofiber material and a preparation method therefor. In the process of preparing nanofibers by means of an electrostatic spinning method and preparing micron fibers by means of a flash spinning method, a nozzle for electrostatic spinning and a nozzle for flash spinning are controlled to be located above a receiving conveying belt at the same time, and both nozzles are located at the opposite positions and at a distance of 15-40 cm; meanwhile, the nozzle for electrostatic spinning is controlled to be connected to a high-voltage power supply, and the nozzle for flash spinning and the receiving conveying belt are grounded to obtain a product. The prepared product is of a film-like structure as a whole, and is composed of nanofibers and micron fibers; the micron fibers are intertwined, curled and interpenetrated; the nanofibers are uniformly distributed in the micron fibers in a penetrating mode; intertwined and interpenetrated structures are formed among some of the nanofibers and the micron fibers; the nanofibers are bonded with each other, the micron fibers are bonded with each other, and the nanofibers and the micron fibers are bonded with each other. The method of the present invention is simple, and the product of the present invention is excellent in performance.
