Abstract:

The present disclosure provides an electronic device and a method for controlling voice guidance by the electronic device. The disclosed electronic device comprises: a processor configured to control an operation of the electronic device, identify the presence or absence of a voice guidance signal corresponding to state information of the electronic device according to execution of the operation, and output a control signal for outputting the voice guidance signal corresponding to the state information on the basis of a result of the identification; and a voice guidance output unit configured to output the voice guidance signal on the basis of the control signal output from the processor.
