Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present description are an electronic circuit unit, a camera unit and an endoscope. The electronic circuit unit comprises: a circuit substrate, the front face of the circuit substrate being used for arranging a sensor thereon, and at least one first groove being provided on the front face and/or a side face of the circuit substrate; and a first electronic component, the first electronic component being arranged in the at least one first groove.
