Abstract:
An elastic laminated non-woven fabric and a manufacturing apparatus therefor. The elastic laminated non-woven fabric manufacturing apparatus comprises an upper supplying roller, an upper shrinkage roller, an upper laminating roller, upper fins, a middle supplying roller, a winding roller, a lower supplying roller, a lower shrinkage roller, a lower laminating roller and lower fins. By means of the shrinkage rollers, two elastic non-woven fabric pieces separately shrink inwards and get into gaps of the fins and groove portions and tooth portions of the laminating rollers, so as to form regular wavy creases; and, by means of the aligned and closely disposed tooth portions of the laminating rollers, the two pre-shrunk elastic non-woven fabric pieces are laminated to the upper and lower surfaces of an elastic material in a flat state, so as to form an elastic laminated non-woven fabric. The elastic laminated non-woven fabric of the present utility model can have high elongation, high tensile strength and high recovery force, and can meet higher elongation and recovery force requirements with a smaller cut piece width, thus greatly improving the comfort and wrapping performance, and reducing the commodity size so as to maximize transportation efficiency.
