A Doherty power amplifier of a wireless communication system is provided. The Doherty power amplifier may comprise: a first stage including a first power amplifier and a second power amplifier; a second stage including a third power amplifier and a fourth power amplifier; a coupler between the first stage and the second stage; and a load impedance connected to the second stage. The bias of the first power amplifier can be applied to be different from the bias of the second power amplifier. The bias of the third power amplifier can be applied to be the same as the bias of the fourth power amplifier.
