A display apparatus (100) and a display method therefor. When grayscale data of a sub-pixel (P) changes between a current frame and a previous frame and changes in the polarity of a data voltage of the sub-pixel (P) between the current frame and the previous frame meet a preset compensation condition, the grayscale data of the sub-pixel (P) in the current frame is compensated.
