Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method and a device capable of evaluating the quality of dispensation of a sparkling beverage according to the ratio of the sparkling beverage, which is a liquid, to foam generated from the sparkling beverage. [Solution] A dispensing determination method D uses a dispensing device A with a determination function, which comprises a dispenser B and a control unit 5, the dispenser B having a tilt board 2, a nozzle opening 3, and a sensor 4. The dispensing determination method D includes: a sparkling beverage dispensing step S1 for dispensing a sparkling beverage into a container 1 from the nozzle opening 3 when the tilt board 2 is tilted in a first tilt state with the container 1 mounted on a mounting surface thereof; a first detection step S2 for detecting a liquid surface of the sparkling beverage dispensed into the container 1 with the sensor 4 when the tilt board 2 is tilted in a second tilt state; a dispensing stop step S3 for stopping the dispensing of the sparkling beverage; a foam dispensing step S4 for dispensing foam formed by the sparkling beverage into the container 1 from the nozzle opening 3 when the tilt board 2 is in a horizontal state; a second detection step S5 for detecting an upper surface of the dispensed foam with the sensor 4; and a determination step S6 for determining the quality of the state of dispensation on the basis of detection results in the first detection step S2 and the second detection step S5 and a previously-recorded threshold. An angle formed by the mounting surface and a horizontal surface in the first tilt is larger than an angle formed by the mounting surface and the horizontal surface in the second tilt.
