Abstract:
The present application belongs to the field of mobile communications. Disclosed are a discontinuous transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal and a network-side device. The discontinuous transmission method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a first device acquiring first configuration information, wherein the first configuration information is used for configuring, for the first device, related parameters in a first mode and a second mode for discontinuous transmission, the first device, which is in the first mode, at least performs communication transmission, and the first device, which is in the second mode, performs energy collection without performing communication transmission; and the first device performing an energy collection operation according to the first configuration information or performing communication transmission with a second device, wherein the first device is a sending device for backscatter communication.
