Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a new manufacturing method of a small rDEA. In addition, the purpose of the present disclosure is also to provide a small rDEA. The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of a dielectric elastomer-type actuator having a wound shape, the manufacturing method comprising: a winding step for obtaining a wound body by winding a core with at least one pair of complementary electrode layers and a dielectric elastomer layer; a change step for changing the state of the core after the winding step; and a removal step for removing the core from the wound body after the change step. In addition, the present disclosure also provides a dielectric elastomer actuator which has a wound body of a laminate of the at least one pair of complementary electrode layers and the dielectric elastomer layer, wherein the thickness of the laminate is equal to or smaller than 200 μm.
