Abstract:
Disclosed are a device for treating oily sludge and a method therefor. The method comprises using a pressurized bin as the body structure, spraying a mixture of carbonated water, iron-rich biochar and polyaspartic acid in pulses through a nano aeration device in the pressurized bin. The nano aeration device decomposes carbonic acid into supercritical CO 2, which cooperates with the polyaspartic acid to reduce the viscosity of petroleum hydrocarbons in the oily sludge. The iron-rich biochar promotes the dissolution of petroleum hydrocarbons from the oily sludge, improves the expelling rate of an oil phase, and strengthens the decomposition of residual oil organic materials. When the oily sludge is treated according to the present invention, the separated sludge and mushroom bran are retted at a high temperature to improve the humification degree of the sludge. The treated sludge contains petroleum hydrocarbons at a content of less than 1%, and may be directly used by plants. The present invention combines nano aeration technology and the electric field, avoids the harsh generation environment of supercritical CO 2, reduces the energy consumption, and realizes an effective separation of the three phases of oil, water and sludge in the oily sludge.
