Abstract:
This device for facilitating brain function improvement comprises: a storage unit; a display screen; a time measurement unit; a heart rate measurement unit; a target exercise intensity calculation unit; a setting unit; a first determination unit which determines whether the user heart rate is equal to or greater than a target heart rate set by the setting unit; a duration measurement control unit which, when the user heart rate is determined to be equal to or greater than the target heart rate, performs control to measure a duration that is the time in which the user heart rate is equal to or greater than the target heart rate; a second determination unit which determines whether the total duration measured within a prescribed time limit reaches a target time set by the setting unit; a storage control unit which, when the total duration is determined to reach the target time, controls the storage unit to store that the duration reaches the target time; a display data generation unit which, when the duration is determined to reach the target time, generates display data to be displayed on the display screen on which the data based on reaching the target time is displayed; and a display control unit which controls to display, on the display screen, at least one among the calculated target heart rate, current related data and time, and the display data.
