A deburring mechanism and a deburring assembly. The deburring mechanism comprises a frame (1), a first deburring set (21) and a second deburring set (22). The frame (1) has a first side plate (11) and a second side plate (12), and the first side plate (11) and the second side plate (12) are oppositely arranged in a first direction. The first deburring set (21) is arranged on the first side plate (11), the second deburring set (22) is arranged on the second side plate (12), and the first deburring set (21) and the second deburring set (22) are oppositely arranged in a second direction and form a deburring channel. The deburring channel is used for having a port (81) of a housing (8) placed therein. The first deburring set (21) comprises a first cylindrical brush (211), and first tapered brushes (212) arranged at two ends of the first cylindrical brush (211). The second deburring set (22) comprises a second cylindrical brush (221), and second tapered brushes (222) arranged at two ends of the second cylindrical brush (221).
