Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cylinder predictive maintenance method using differential pressure, the method comprising: collecting a differential pressure waveform of an operating interval, in which a cylinder rod advances and retreats, by detecting the difference between the internal pressure of a cylinder and the internal pressure of a main pipe for supplying, to the cylinder, hydraulic pressure or pneumatic pressure supplied from a common pressure device during the operating interval; and setting a threshold value on the basis of the collected waveform information, and then issuing an alert when the differential pressure waveform collected from the cylinder operating in real time deviates from the threshold value and an anomaly of the cylinder is suspected, so that repair and replacement of the cylinder are induced at the proper time such that enormous loss caused by the breakdown of the cylinder can be prevented.
