Title:
CUTTING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/252570
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A cutting mechanism, comprising a mounting frame (1), a driving roller (2), a driven roller (3), and a cutting device. The driving roller comprises a first roller body (21), a first rotating shaft (22), and a one-way bearing (23); the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the mounting frame; the first roller body is rotatably fitted over the first rotating shaft; the one-way bearing is provided between the first roller body and the first rotating shaft; the driven roller is rotatably provided on the mounting frame, and is spaced apart from the first roller body to form a conveying channel (30) used for conveying a material; the conveying channel has a feeding direction; the one-way bearing enables the material (7) to be conveyed in the feeding direction in a one-way mode; the cutting device comprises a cutting frame (4) and a cutter (41); the cutting frame is connected to the first rotating shaft; the cutter is provided on the cutting frame; the cutter is spaced apart from the first rotating shaft; and the cutting frame drives the first rotating shaft to rotate and drives the cutter to be close to or away from the material. According to the cutting mechanism, the cutting frame drives the first rotating shaft to rotate, such that material conveying and precise material cutting can be achieved; and power does not need to be additionally provided for the driving roller, the structure is simple, and costs are low.
