PURPOSE: To cut confectionery accurately in a specified size and the same form by rotating a rotating panel to connect its rotation to second and first chains, and locking a locking member fixed to the first chain to the lower part of a slide plate and moving the slide plate in the direction of the cutting blade.

CONSTITUTION: A first chain 18 provided with a locking member 45 is applied between a gear 43 and a gear 53, and a second chain 36 is applied between a gear 35 and a gear 54. Also a cutting blade 15 for cutting confectionery is fixed to a handle 13 between a first rotating shaft 32 and a second rotating shaft 33 and between an erected member 7 and an erected member 8. The cutting blade 15 fixes a slide member 6, and the slide member 6 slides along a groove formed in a slide guide 5 for fixing a guide mounting plate 4. Thus, when the handle 13 is raised to the position of a handle 13b, the cutting blade 15 rises in the (h) direction and, when it is lowered to the position of the handle 13, the cutting blade 15 lowers in the (i) direction aslant to cut off the confectionery easily without collapsing it.
