Abstract:
Provided are: a conductive roller which inhibits detachment and shaving of particles from a surface layer; and a production method therefor. This conductive roller 10 is provided with: a shaft 1; and an elastic layer 2 and a surface layer 3 which are sequentially formed on the outer circumference of the shaft 1. The surface layer 3 comprises a mixture of particles and a surface-layer resin composition. The surface-layer resin composition includes a heat-curable or energy ray-curable urethane resin. The particles comprise a particle resin composition including urethane (meth)acrylate.
