Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for improving molecular barcoding efficiency and a use thereof, and provides a method for preparing a DNA library, a molecular barcoding method for nucleic acid sequence analysis, and a composition for preparing the DNA library. According to the methods and the composition, the phenomenon of molecular barcoding substitution can be reduced, and the accuracy of nucleic acid sequence analysis can be improved by using a barcode sequence arranged, on the basis of the terminal region of an adapter which is ligated with a DNA fragment, to include a first nucleotide position in the adapter.
