Abstract:
Disclosed is a collective gap-type gas steam boiler, which comprises heat exchange tubes, an upper header, a lower header, a smoke housing, a burner, a condenser, a chimney, and a controller; a plurality of heat exchange tubes form a vertically arranged annular tube bank, a space enclosed by the annular tube bank is a boiler furnace, axial gap channels that are uniformly distributed circumferentially are collectively formed between adjacent heat exchange tubes, the width of each axial gap channel is 0.1-4 mm, the length is 50-300 mm, and the height of each axial gap channel is the same as the height of a heat exchange tube. A laminar flow strengthening effect is produced, a central high temperature region is eliminated, high temperature flue gas from the boiler furnace is lowered to 300 °C or below, boiler flue gas resistance is less than 1000 Pa, and thermal loads are evenly allocated for all heat exchange tubes, thereby preventing a local thermal load of a heat exchange tube from being excessively high and causing vigorous evaporation of water and precipitation of a soluble salt, and consequently reducing the risk of scaling caused by a precipitated soluble salt, and steam ton steel consumption, water volume, and fan electricity consumption of the collective gap-type gas steam boiler are also reduced. A collective gap-type condenser of the present invention is suitable for a thermal oil boiler, a collective gap-type coiled pipe condenser is suitable for a coiled pipe steam generator, and a laminar flow-strengthening design is introduced to these two traditional boiler types, further extending the application of laminar flow strengthening.
