Abstract:
A central processing device (1) according to the present disclosure comprises: a terminal extraction unit (12) that uses communication quality information, which pertains to the communication quality of each of a plurality of terminals, to extract a monitoring target terminal to be monitored and that detects, on the basis of the status of reception of the information from each of the plurality of terminals, a communication failure-encountering terminal which is inferred to be unable to communicate; a terminal state information acquisition unit (13) that acquires terminal state information which includes terminal information acquired from the monitoring target terminal; a cause inference unit (14) that uses correlation information for determining a correlation between the terminal state information and the cause of terminal communication failure and terminal state information which corresponds to the communication failure-encountering terminal from among the terminal state information acquired by the terminal state information acquisition unit (13), so as to infer the cause of the communication failure of the communication failure-encountering terminal; and an output unit (15) that outputs the result of inferring the cause of the communication failure.
