An intermittent movement mechanism using a cam follower capable of adjusting pre-load according to the present invention is installed on a frame and comprises a roller gear cam having a gear cam part provided on the outer circumference surface thereof to drive cam followers installed on the outer circumference surface of a rotating member at a predetermined interval. Each of the cam followers installed on the outer circumference surface of the rotating member comprises: a fixing part; a truncated conical roller support part installed at an end of the fixing part; a truncated conical rotating roller having a tapered hollow part and a tapered outer circumference surface, so as to be rotatably coupled to the roller support part; a separation prevention part coupled to an end of the roller support part to prevent the rotating roller from being separated from the roller support part; a pre-load adjustment member inserted into the fixing part and positioned between the outer circumference surface of the rotating member and the lower surface of the roller support part, so as to adjust pre-load thereof.
