Abstract:
The invention relates to a bell-shaped leak detection device (55) comprising a main body intended to be arranged on the test zone (62) and a seal configured to define a detection chamber (30) between the main body and the test zone (62), in which the bell-shaped detection device (55) is elongate in a longitudinal direction and further comprises at least one sighting device attached to a longitudinal end of the bell-shaped detection device, the sighting device having an indicator element (21) aligned with a median longitudinal axis (20) of the detection chamber in order to visually indicate the position of the median longitudinal axis of the detection chamber to an operator. During use, the indicator element (21) is aligned with the straight edge of a metal sheet of a sealing membrane (5, 8).
