Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of electric motors. Disclosed are a bearingless asynchronous electric motor structure and a manufacturing method therefor. The structure comprises an electric motor body, wherein the electric motor body comprises a rotor, a sealing sleeve, a filter plate and a fastener; a stator is provided inside the electric motor body, and the rotor is arranged inside the stator; fan blades are sleeved on the outside of a bearing at one end of the rotor; and a second mounting cover is mounted at one end of the electric motor body. When rotating, the rotor can drive a rotary shaft at an end to rotate, and the rotary shaft can then drive the fan blades to rotate; and when rotating, the fan blades can blow airflows into the electric motor body through hole slots in a surface of the mounting cover, such that the interior of the electric motor body is cooled. At the same time, cold water flows in through a water inlet, and intensively absorbs heat from an inner side of a water tank through a spiral circulating water channel, and then the cold water flows out through a water outlet after absorbing the heat, thereby achieving the effect of rapid cooling. Moreover, the ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of an electric motor shell are improved, and the corrosion resistance is high.
