Abstract:
A bearing front sealing device which has an observation hole and which is applied to a bearing of a goods wagon, the bearing front sealing device comprising a front cover (1) disposed on an axial side of a bearing (6). A through observation hole is disposed on the front cover (1), a sealing plug (2) is mounted in the observation hole, and the sealing plug (2) is in interference fit with a hole wall of the observation hole. Several grooves (5) are disposed on the side wall of the sealing plug (2) that is in contact with the observation hole. The sealing plug (2) is an elastic sealing plug that can be elastically deformed. Each groove (5) of the side wall of the sealing plug (2) has a circular arc-shaped cross section, and each groove (5) encircles the side wall of the sealing plug (2) once. The observation hole is machined in the front cover (1), so that the condition of an axle (7) can be observed when the bearing (6) is abnormal or overhauled, thus ensuring the normal operation of the bearing (6) and prolonging the service life of the bearing (6). The sealing plug (2) and the front cover (1) are in interference fit, and the grooves (5) are designed in a side face of the sealing plug (2), so that the sealing plug (2) can be conveniently assembled and disassembled on the premise of ensuring the stable assembly of the sealing plug (2), and the sealing plug (2) is prevented from being damaged during the assembling and disassembling processes.
