A battery pack and a vehicle, the battery pack comprising: a liquid cooling plate (1) and a battery stack (3), the battery stack (3) comprising at least one battery module (31); the liquid cooling plate (1) comprises a liquid cooling plate main body (11), a water inlet (12), and a water outlet (13), a liquid cooling circuit being arranged in the liquid cooling plate main body (11), the liquid cooling circuit comprising an edge water intake flow channel (111), a water outlet collecting flow channel (112), and an intermediate flow channel (113) connected between the edge water intake flow channel (111) and the water outlet collecting flow channel (112), the water inlet (12) being connected onto the liquid cooling plate main body (11) and being in communication with the edge water intake flow channel (111), and the water outlet (13) being connected onto the liquid cooling plate main body (11) and being in communication with the water outlet collecting flow channel (112).
