Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of nucleic acid extractors, and provides an automatic nucleic acid extractor, comprising a base, a sample container module arranged on the base, a slide rail mechanism arranged on the base, a composite mechanical arm arranged at the bottom of the slide rail mechanism, and a storage box arranged on the base. The sample container module comprises a support frame and a plurality of sample container units arranged on the support frame. Each sample container unit comprises a tube body, a plunger abutting against an inner wall of the tube body, a support rod connected to the plunger, and a filter screen arranged at the top of the support rod. The present application has the advantages of good nucleic acid purification effect and low use cost.
