Title:
ANTIBODY, NUCLEIC ACID, CELL, AND PHARMACEUTICAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/085081
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an antibody that specifically binds to the extracellular domain of human LPA1 but does not specifically bind to the extracellular domain of human LPA2 or the extracellular domain of human LPA3. The antibody preferably has activity to block LPA1-dependent cellular function. Also provided are: an nucleic acid encoding the antibody; a cell containing sthe nucleic acid; and a pharmaceutical containing the antibody as an active ingredient.
