Abstract:
Disclosed is a raw ore segmented ore grinding and gravity-magnetic process flow, which belongs to the technical field of ore dressing. Once raw ore is coarsely broken, the raw ore is subjected to semi-auto-grinding-screening system operation, a product is subjected to a weak magnetic machine, a strong magnetic machine and a primary ore grinding and grading system, and the tailings are screened and then thrown away. A concentrate is subjected to the primary ore grinding and grading system and two-magnetic separation, the thickness of the obtained concentrate is graded into coarse-grained grit and fine-grained overflow, and the resulting tailings are thrown away. The coarse-grained grit is subjected to coarse spiral and fine spiral separation to obtain gravity concentrate and fine spiral tailings. Coarse spiral tailings and the fine spiral tailings are mixed and subjected to a secondary ore grinding and grading system operation and are mixed with the fine-grained overflow, and a magnetic concentrate, three-magnetic separation tailings and four-magnetic separation tailings are obtained via three-magnetic separation and four-magnetic separation. The tailings are thrown away, and the magnetic concentrate is mixed with the gravity concentrate to obtain concentrate having a grade of 65% or above. According to the present invention, a flotation operation is canceled, the use of an agent is reduced, and costs are reduced. Moreover, the process only comprises a gravity and magnetic process, and the process is relatively simple, thus facilitating operation and control.
