Abstract:
An air cylinder (10) in which a flow rate controller (26, 26A) is built in, a head cover (14), and a rod cover (16), wherein a pilot air adjustment unit (40, 40A) is provided for guiding exhaust air to a switch valve (28, 28A) of the flow rate controller (26, 26A) as pilot air, and the switch valve (28, 28A) is switched by an increase in the pressure of the pilot air.
