Abstract:
An actuator controller detects the displacement of a piston (7) in a first actuator (5), controls the first actuator (5) through feedback control, measures individual forces generated in the first and second actuators (5, 4), corrects the command value of the target location of a piston (6) in the second actuator (4) according to the degree of unbalance among the forces, and controls the second actuator (4) according to the difference between the corrected command value and the feedback value of the displacement location of the second piston (6).
