Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the controllability of an actuator having non-linear characteristics. The actuator of the present invention for addressing the problem comprises: a first member; a second member which is operated by driving the first member; a measurement unit which measures the state of the second member; and a quantum-driven control unit which receives an input of a signal based on a target state commanded by a command unit and the measured state and outputs a control amount that drives the first member by means of quantum calculation, wherein the second member is operated by the driving of the first member that receives the control amount as an input.
