PURPOSE: To operate pump equipment by a condensate booster pump outlet condensate system pressure reduction signal and a station whole stop signal and to feed stable boiler supply water pump seal water and steam temperature reducer/condenser spray through operation of a steam power station by opening and closing the valve of piping equipment.
CONSTITUTION: Seal water and spray water feed pipe 30 branched from a make-up feed/water-filling pump 14 and having a seal water and sray water feed valve 23 is connected to a system seal water and spray water pipe 19. A condenser spray water feed pipe 31 having a condenser spray feed valve 24 branched from the delivery pipe of a make-up feed/water filling pump 14 is connected to a system condenser spray water pipe 10 by a system which is added. A condensate pressure signal 16 detected by a pressure transmitter 15, and a plant starting signal 17, a plant FCB signal 18, a station whole stop signal 19, and a manual stop signal 20 are received by a computing part 21. By computation command therefrom, make-up feed/water-filling pump is started/ stopped and further, a system seal water and spray water main valve 22, a seal water and spray water feed valve 23, and a condenser spray water feed valve 24 ire opened/closed.
