Abstract:
To provide coke having higher reactivity and lower moisture in an outer layer than in an inner layer.SOLUTION: There is provided coke having a multilayer structure to be charged in a blast furnace. Coke reactivity CRI of outer layer coke is higher than that of inner layer coke. The coke reactive CRI of the outer layer coke is preferably greater than 35. A mass ratio of the outer layer coke is preferably 10 mass% or more and 50 mass% or less when the total mass of the coke is 100 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
