Abstract:

To make manipulation feel at the time of depressing an accelerator pedal be the same level as mechanical throttle type acceleration pedal characteristics.

When the accelerator pedal is depressed and a pedal lever is turned, a push rod 8 at a hysteresis generator 7A opposed arranged to the pedal lever is retracted against an energizing force of a return spring 11 while retracted a ball 13 relatively moving on a tapered groove part 12 formed on the push rod 8 against the energizing force of a spring 15. As a result of that, thrust load is added to the push rod 8 for retracting the returning spring 11 and the ball 13 as the load. The same level of the manipulation feel as the mechanical throttle type accelerator pedal characteristics can be received by subdividing this load characteristics in a tilt angle and a tilt surface of the tapered groove part 12 and inclining by stages and the like.
