To provide a throttle valve assembly, a torque motor assembly and a manufacturing method for increasing a winding area of a thin plate laminated body relative to the predetermined dimensions of a motor.
The motor-driven throttle valve assembly 110 is provided with a shaft 18 having an extending part arranged on the outside of a throttle main body 12, a hollow rotor 166 mounted on this extending part, a stator 134 coaxially arranged inside the rotor, mounted on the outer wall 86 having a plurality of magnetic pole parts wherein coils are spaced in a peripheral direction. The inner peripheral surface of the rotor is opposed to the outside of the magnetic pole of the stator, and a plurality of magnets 17 and 174 are arranged on this inner peripheral surface. The extending part of the shaft is mounted on a flange part 168 of the rotor for rotating and driving the rotor. Instead of shortening the dimensions of the motor or dispensing with a mounting shaft, more winding areas for conductive coils are given by welding, winding and integrating by a mold coating, and lines of magnetic force are increased.
