The inner peripheral surface of the rotor is opposed to the outside of the magnetic pole of the stator, and a plurality of magnets 17 and 174 are arranged on this inner peripheral surface. The extending part of the shaft is mounted on a flange part 168 of the rotor for rotating and driving the rotor. Instead of shortening the dimensions of the motor or dispensing with a mounting shaft, more winding areas for conductive coils are given by welding, winding and integrating by a mold coating, and lines of magnetic force are increased.
